Attwood 66510-7 Stainless Steel Flush 4" Boat Recessed Cleat Pop-Up Stud Mount

New open box without original box and instructions. Hardware is in factory sealed plastic.  Overall dimensions of exposed cleat after installation is 2" wide x 5-1/4" long.  Chance to save if you can install this product without instructions.  These models do not come with the stainless steel mounting bolts and nuts.  Buyer will have to provide the correct length of bolts and nuts to suit their application.

I do not think it's right when sellers just use stock pictures.  I hope you appreciate that I have taken the time to take pictures of the exact item you will receive so there will be no surprises.
