Dear customer, there is no need to worry about the timeliness of your parcel, we have warehouses in the AU.
After we receive your order, we will process it as soon as possible.
1. When your purchase order contains multiple items, we may send the items to you in multiple packages. If something is missing in the first package you received, please do not open a case or return it. Rather, please contact us first, and we will check if your order is sent via multi packages.
2.Your items will be carried through the AU POST channel. Under normal circumstances，the estimated time for receiving the goods is within 2 to 5 working days.
If you have any logistics problems, please contact us in time.
1. If you have any problems within 18 months after purchasing the product,
please contact us in time. We will provide free replacement or refund services after confirmation.
2. If the items you purchased are damaged or lost, please contact us in time.
After you return the product to the address provided by our customer service team,
we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost),
or you can choose a full refund.
We accept returns. Please contact our customer service immediately if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel the order.
Simply contact us within 30 days to be guided through getting a refund. This change of mind return policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items. (Please refer to the product’s warranty terms).
In case of change of mind, returned items must be in resalable condition and returned in their original packaging with all accessories. Please note that we may not be able to cancel an order if it is already in transit until it arrives.
