FREIGHT DETAILS:

Shipping to a commercial zoned business address with a forklift and/or loading dock, or to your local freight terminal, will be $200. 

**Please note that any additional delivery services, such as liftgate assistance, appointment delivery, inside delivery, residential delivery, delivery to a school, etc will incur extra charges.


These additional fees will be collected via Square prior to booking the freight pickup. 

  If shipping to a business address, please provide the business name and indicate if there will be a forklift or loading dock available. 


For residential deliveries, please let us know if you require liftgate service, which incurs an additional charge of $100 extra each. Liftgate service means that the freight carrier will use a liftgate to lower the item to ground level during delivery. This is especially helpful if the delivery location does not have a loading dock or forklift available.

RETURN POLICY: If you believe that the item purchased from us does not match the item description, or if your item was damaged during transit, please contact us to discuss the return and refund options. In order to initiate the refund process, buyer must contact us within 30 Days of receipt of item. All returns will require a return authorization. Please note that we will only pay return shipping when a buyer wishes to return an item due only to our error. (we record serial numbers to discourage fraud) A 20% restocking may apply.

 EXCHANGE POLICY: Sorry we do not accept exchanges, the item must be returned using our return policy. A refund will be issued and you will have the option to make a new purchase. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING: Most orders are Processed within 1 business day "Handling time" on business days Monday-Friday. (weekends excluded) Total U.S shipping time ( handling and shipping) can take up to 7 business days. Once the item ships you will receive a shipment notification. Freight shipments may take longer to process. We ship USPS, UPS and Fedex.
