Fabric looks like new , no holes, cuts, tears, or stains. Lightweight, mesh lined, not insulated. There is a second zipper inside for adding a fleece or liner jacket in colder conditions. Gore-tex waterproof, taped seams. Attached hood has a visor and elastic cord tightener with lock. There are similar elastic cords in the waist and bottom hem. 14" zippered vents under the arms. 2 large zippered pockets outside and a zippered stow pocket inside. The sleeves have been professionally shortened; no cuffs. I would suggest adding velcro tabs for snugging them. 

chest is 31 " across armpit seam to armpit seam, or  62" around

waist is 26 " across, or  52" all the way around.
