The Ronson all-in-one lighter and cigarette case was a stylish and "high class" accessory - in the 1930's it sold for about $8, equivalent to nearly $150 today. This silver-chrome Mastercase is probably from the 1940's and made in Canada. The chrome has a linear pattern on the front, with the word "Mom" engraved in the center. The case has a push button on the side to flip open the top of the cigarette holder, and the side hinges are very strong. There are a few light scratches on the outer chrome finish but no gouges, dents, or major signs of wear. The inside of the cigarette case is in like-new condition. The lighter itself is in good condition but there is no fuel in it so no way to guarantee that it still works except that Ronsons were well known to last "forever." The Mastercase measures 11.1 cm. (4-3/8 in.) x 6.6 cm. (2-5/8 in.). I have tried to show the exact condition, including blemishes, in the photos, so the photos are considered part of the description.
