Items returned for neglected pick up or an invalid address will be rebilled both freight & postage for second shipment to proper address. This includes Free ship items.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

Contact us prior to your purchase so that shipping charges can be accurately calculated.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping and handling charges. Check with your country's Customs Office to determine what these additional costs are prior to your purchase. The buyer is responsible for paying all charges associated with the shipping and entrance into another country (VAT, DUTY, TAX, DOCUMENT FEE'S, ETC.)
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the items purchased are NOT PROHIBITED from entering the destination country. All items returned from Foreign Customs, for any reason, will be rebilled freight/postage. There are restrictions for shipping certain items to various countries and by various carriers. Once your payment has cleared, most orders are processed and shipped out the next business day. We are not responsible for shipping transit times. Times may vary particularly during peak holiday time. International buyers please note that once package has entered the destination country, and has left customs, we have no ability for tracking through the USPS.

If an item is damaged during shipment, the buyer is to notify The Parfumerie, LLC. within 48 hours of delivery. The buyer is to retain all packaging for the carrier's inspection. We will request photos of the box, packaging and the damaged contents for the carrier.

RETURNS:

UNOPENED & UNUSED PRODUCTS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR

RETURN / EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT ONLY.

OILS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

All cosmetic and or glass items may not be returned unless unused and unopened. Please inquire about specifications or applications prior to purchasing to ensure your total satisfaction.
Buyer must first contact The Parfumerie, LLC. within 48 hours of receipt of purchase to request authorization for a return.

All returns must be authorized by The Parfumerie, LLC., and issued a R/A number. R/A numbers need to be clearly written on the front label portion of the box. No returns will be accepted without this number, otherwise item will be refused or discarded. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Buyer is responsible for a 20 % restocking fee on all returns.
