Following the admission of women to the Corps of Cadets for the first time, 1 July 1976, all rank insignia for the Dress Gray and the Full Dress Coats were reduced in height to be proportionate to the shorter female upper arm. This one is pre 1976 as it is the old style with a hight of 11 1/2 inches ! A few tiny moth nips.
