ORGANIC STOCK & LIVE-STOCK:
Due to the workplace, warehouses and growing facilities being a controlled area where plants, animals and invertebrates are kept/ Cultured, preventing cross contamination between live stock is a must. we therefore DO NOT accept returns of this nature despite eBay’s automated system sometimes accepting these through as returns.
If the ‘Living’ item you purchased (fauna/ flora) has arrived damaged, deceased- please send us a request within 48hrs of receiving your goods and we will do our best to provide you with the necessary replacement/ refund. At least x2 clear photograph of the live goods you wish to file a complaint about should be added to any message regarding the above. Complaints made regarding products of a LIVE nature-after 48hrs of receiving at your address, will not be accepted for a refund nor replacement despite eBay’s automated values. If the Rules & Regulations are crossed or broken regarding live goods then we have to report any incident to the Met online fraud team (As stated above), This is to help protect the live goods seller community on eBay. We hope you understand.
DRY STOCK (I.E PLANTERS, TERRARIUMS & EQUIPMENT):
If you receive an item from us which is damaged, please send us a request as soon as possible including At least x2 clear photographs of your goods and packaging that your order arrived in.
Please note- We will ALWAYS replace or refund any item broken in transit as we understand our goods are of a sensitive nature and can be easily broken if not handled correctly during the shipment process. We ask that you DO NOT in any circumstance, refuse or return an item without contacting our team first, as refunds cannot be processed without the correct evidence provided and/or a new postage label provided to our correct warehouse for this type of product.
If you receive an item you no longer wish to keep or do not like and would like a refund then Please send us a request by selecting ‘CHANGED YOUR MIND’ on the item return, to begin a return and to purchase a postage label containing the correct return address.
