The moss included in our Pod+ Moss Boxes is a specially selected Dried French Bun Moss (approx. 12-15cm) which is free from all contaminants including pests & ANY form of live or living bacteria. This is extremely important when keeping sensitive species of reptile, invertebrate or amphibian…in particular -dart frogs.

Pre-Packed mosses are naturally dried by dehumidification, keeping the natural colour & shape of the moss as fresh as if it was still growing naturally- without the risk of holding pests/contaminants which could pose a risk to cross contamination to a terrarium feature. With careful rehydration with tepid waters and Medium- Low Lighting, these mosses will regain life and become thriving once again….thats the joy of Jurassic moss after all!

BIOTROPIC. Living Vivarium, paludarium and terrarium Decor range, is an easy and risk free way of decorating any live planted enclosure, with or without other species of life. Our set ups are created around reptile, amphibian and invertebrate keeping, however many of our products Can also be used for open top tanks, vases and planted features around your Home.
SAFELY GROWN: All of our Plants are Grown (with use of lighting in some cases) naturally and organically in a mould and pest free environment. Please note-All moss or living bark pieces may contain cleaner insects such as tropical springtails, as they are also present in our organic cultivating facilities.
CHEMICAL+DYE FREE SPECIMENS: As stated on our products, we use only natural processes- certainly without the use of dyes and chemical preservatives! This assures any ANIMAL keeper, using our plant, insect or flora growing products within their ‘Pet Species Enclosures’, That it is safe to do so.

ORGANIC STOCK & LIVE-STOCK:
Due to the workplace, warehouses and growing facilities being a controlled area where plants, animals and invertebrates are kept/ Cultured, preventing cross contamination between live stock is a must. we therefore DO NOT accept returns of this nature despite eBay’s automated system sometimes accepting these through as returns.
If the ‘Living’ item you purchased (fauna/ flora) has arrived damaged, deceased- please send us a request within 48hrs of receiving your goods and we will do our best to provide you with the necessary replacement/ refund. At least x2 clear photograph of the live goods you wish to file a complaint about should be added to any message regarding the above. Complaints made regarding products of a LIVE nature-after 48hrs of receiving at your address, will not be accepted for a refund nor replacement despite eBay’s automated values. If the Rules & Regulations are crossed or broken regarding live goods then we have to report any incident to the Met online fraud team (As stated above), This is to help protect the live goods seller community on eBay. We hope you understand.
DRY STOCK (I.E PLANTERS, TERRARIUMS & EQUIPMENT):
If you receive an item from us which is damaged, please send us a request as soon as possible including At least x2 clear photographs of your goods and packaging that your order arrived in.
Please note- We will ALWAYS replace or refund any item broken in transit as we understand our goods are of a sensitive nature and can be easily broken if not handled correctly during the shipment process. We ask that you DO NOT in any circumstance, refuse or return an item without contacting our team first, as refunds cannot be processed without the correct evidence provided and/or a new postage label provided to our correct warehouse for this type of product.
If you receive an item you no longer wish to keep or do not like and would like a refund then Please send us a request by selecting ‘CHANGED YOUR MIND’ on the item return, to begin a return and to purchase a postage label containing the correct return address.
