STEP 1 – Envision the life you want

Start by envisioning your aspirations for the year ahead. Assemble doodles, images or stickers to create a vision board. Then brainstorm categories and goals you would like to improve or accomplish. Next, the FOUNDATION planner helps you turn those goals into an actionable plan. Track habits, make daily, weekly or even monthly plans and bring structure to your vision.

There are no rules how you make your vision board. Start by reflecting on where you are, today, and where you want to be in the future. Have fun! Find inspirational cues that set your vision in motion.
