| CONDITION/GRADING I grade cards using the Beckett Grading standards. Most people expect cards to come out of packs Mint and that is not the case. Cardboard cards often come out Near Mint, or Near Mint to Mint (NrMt/Mt). Finest and Chrome cards are usually Mint. Many new limited edition inserts and autographs are frequently not Mint. For singles from case listings I will use the lowest grade (NrMt/Mt+ or better) as my default. "Pack To Sleeve" means the condition is what you can expect from a pack. For higher value cards I will include specifics as part of the condition (white spot on corner, minor machine line on surface, rough edge). The scale I use is: NrMt/Mt, NrMt/Mt+, and Mint (Beckett 8.0, 8.5, 9.0. ) | |
