Antique c1880 Ellkington & Co Sheffield England Silverplate Revolving Dome Entree Dish Server. A gorgeous server with rams head legs and elegant shimmering dome with a family armorial or crest of a crane bird feeding her chicks in the nest. Bottom has Elkington‘s 1880 year mark and logo. Each piece is number 5 so they have to have been together for the past 145 years and are not a marriage. Side knob screws rotate to tighten to keep dome in place. Overall, 13 1/4” wide by 9” deep by 9” tall. Excellent condition, no damage or repairs, a few minor scratches here and there as expected.
