CHEMICAL+DYE FREE SPECIMENS: As stated on our products, we use only natural processes- certainly without the use of dyes and chemical preservatives! This assures any ANIMAL keeper, using our plant, insect or flora growing products within their ‘Pet Species Enclosures’, That it is safe to do so.

RETURNS & REFUNDS


FOR ANY RETURNS OR REFUNDS PLEASE SEND US A REQUEST WITH AT LEAST 2 CLEAR PHOTOGRAPHS INCLUDING: THE FULL LABELLED PACKAGE, PACKAGING, AND EVIDENCE OF ANY ISSUE WHICH HAS OCCURRED. IF THIS REGARDS LIVE GOODS THIS SHOULD BE COMPLETED WITHIN 48HRS OF ARRIVAL AT YOUR ADDRESS. WE WILL HAPPILY REPLACE ANY ORDER, INCLUDING LIVE GOODS WHICH DID NOT MAKE THE DELIVERY- AS LONG AS THERE IS VALID PROOF. UNFORTUNATELY SOMETIMES INCIDENTS OCCUR WHEN DEALING WITH SUCH FRAGILE PRODUCE AND WE WILL ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO ATTEND TO ANY LIVE ORDERS OR DRY STOCK ORDERS WHICH MAY HAVE ARRIVED DAMAGED OR DECEASED.



ORGANIC STOCK & LIVE-STOCK:


Due to the workplace, warehouses and growing facilities being a controlled area where plants, animals and invertebrates are kept/ Cultured, preventing cross contamination between live stock is a must. we therefore DO NOT accept returns of this nature despite eBay’s automated system sometimes accepting these through as returns.



DRY STOCK (I.E PLANTERS, TERRARIUMS & EQUIPMENT):


If you receive an item from us which is damaged, please send us a request as soon as possible including At least x2 clear photographs of your goods and packaging that your order arrived in.



Please note- We will ALWAYS replace or refund any item broken in transit as we understand our goods are of a sensitive nature and can be easily broken if not handled correctly during the shipment process. We ask that you DO NOT in any circumstance, refuse or return an item without contacting our team first, as refunds cannot be processed without the correct evidence provided and/or a new postage label provided to our correct warehouse for this type of product.


If you receive an item you no longer wish to keep or do not like and would like a refund then Please send us a request by selecting ‘CHANGED YOUR MIND’ on the item return, to begin a return and to purchase a postage label containing the correct return address.
