Please ask for discounted invoice when purchasing more than one item.

Our items are mostly pre-owned and therefore we can't guarantee if they were from a pet-free or smoke-free home before coming to our home. If they had a smoke odor, we really wouldn't sell them that way. Some items have been recently washed or cleaned, but we recommend washing or cleaning items after they are received to assure their cleanliness.

We try our very best to accurately describe an item. If you are not happy with your item for any reason, PLEASE contact us in advance of leaving neutral or negative feedback. This will give us an opportunity to work out any issue. 

We ask our customers to leave positive feedback for us when they receive their item. That way we know the item was received and they are happy with it. We will do the same once we receive your feedback. Thanks!
