SHIPPING METHOD
We Aim to dispatch within 24 hours of payment no later than 72 hours. we DO NOT ship on weekends and have a 5 day working week. Unless otherwise specified items purchased after 3 pm on a Friday will not leave the premised until Monday evening (when the couriers collect).
We mainly use
1) Royal Mail 2D barcode (proof of delivery, no tracking)
2) myHermes
If you wish to upgrade for a quicker delivery, you can at checkout for a small fee.
The average delivery time on items when using the free postal service is with 3 to 5 working days.
METHOD OF RETURN
Please email us to advise any returns, We advise using the return process to make it a good experience.
We MUST have some kind of documentation with a return to allocate the item to your account. (we can not process returns, refunds or exchanges if we do not have this information)
If you are not happy with your item, then you are entitled to a full refund (including the original postage cost) if it is returned within 30 days.
If you have simply changed your mind, then you have to cover return shipping costs (we suggest using a trackable method).
However; if the item is damaged faulty or in any way not as described, then you will not be responsible for the return postage
If items returned are modified, damaged through bad practice or not complete on return, NO refund will be given
