This came with a microscope owned by Archdeacon Francis Ernest Haviland, . He likely got it from his father Edwin Haviland (1823-1908). Both  specialised in the fertilisation of Australian plants and alsoworked at taxonomy and other branches of botany, and their contributions are mostly to be found in Proc. Linn. Soc. N.S.W. Acacia havilandii is named after them.

The objective is marked "7" by the maker and X60 is scratched on it. The bottom of the brass container is also scratched X60 and Paul Waechter, Berlin. His labelling of other items is accurate and this looks like others from Waechter- If you know more about it than I do, please let me know. But judge for yourself.

You can judge the physical condition from the photos. The lens is free of discoloration, scratches etc and works to my satisfaction. You may wish to clean carefully.
