Packaging: We pack our items very carefully using quality packaging materials. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Shipping: Order by noon (Central) Monday to Friday and we'll usually ship the same day. Orders placed after noon on Friday and over the weekend will ship the next business day.
International Orders: We are happy to accept orders from outside the United States. All international orders are processed using Ebay’s Global Shipping Program. In essence, we ship your item to Ebay’s shipping partner, and they take care of getting your item to you from there. The price you see for shipping is charged by Ebay, and covers international shipping, along with customs and import fees. We do not make (or even receive) any money from international shipping.
