- Your code must be the exact match to your lock, or the key will not work. 

- This key is only compatible with Kawasaki Mule.

- This key is not compatible with Valkyrie Rune, Ruckus, Metropolitan, or 1993 and newer Helix., that use the same key code series.

- The code is stamped on the original key

- The key you receive is an aftermarket key, not an OEM, and will be longer than your OEM key. It may also be a different brand and have a different head shape than the key pictured. The rubber OEM covers will not work with this key.

- The key will not be stamped with the code.

Since these are custom-cut keys, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrectly ordered key codes.

This policy applies to situations including, but not limited to:

- Incorrect key codes provided by the customer

- Keys ordered by mistake

- Keys that are no longer needed

- Keys that do not operate due to a damaged or incompatible lock.
