The roll of the border is 14 feet long and is 14" high,  and less in some parts. The entire border is cutout design. There is some damage a horses ear is missing and tear or nick here and there.

Colors are vibrant, and the design is wonderful for a child's room. It seems to be prepasted.

I think this design is about 20 years old.

It is vinyl. The border is open.
