You are looking at a  97-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ OEM Tailgate Striker part number 55176451AB.  These have normal wear and tear you'd expect from a 20 year old part but function as it should. This includes 3/4 screws used to hold it on. please review the pictures. These were removed from a 1998 we recently parted out. Shipping will be free within the continental US.
