Brilliant High Definition

With a powerful brightness of up to 3,200 lumens the EB-1975F can handle a lit room quite easily without the need to dim the lights. Even though it offers a compact ultra slim design that can be carried around easily the EB-1795F is capable of highly visible images due to the strong brightness and a superior 10,000:1 contrast level.

Enhanced connectivity with NFC

With the NFC function, the projector can be turned on automatically and connected wirelessly by simply touching an NFC compatible smartphone to the projector. Epson iProjection can also be connected automatically once the compatible smartphone has been connected. Conventional cumbersome wireless settings are no longer necessary.

Enhanced connectivity with iProjection

Wirelessly connect directly to laptops, tablets, smartphones or to a network for easy control over your presentations. This free application allows you to travel light and present from your mobile device. Just turn on the projector, use Epson iProjection to scan the on-screen QR code, and share content on the big screen.

Ultra-Slim and lightweight design

The 1700 series projectors are designed with an ultra slim chassis measuring in at only 44mm in thickness. They can easily slide into an existing laptop bag or brief case to allow you to carry around less bags. They also come with a small carry bag.

Miracast

With support for the new Miracast connection the EB-1975F is now compatible with the newest screen mirroring technologies on Windows and Android devices. You will be able to project your smartphone or tablet screen from a Miracast compatible device. Easy setup and full HD transmission of both video and sound without the need of any separate wireless modules.

HDMI connectivity and MHL

With a HDMI port that is also MHL compatible the EB-1975F can connect easily to the latest laptops, bluray players, media players and MHL-enabled devices. This allows you to connect to devices like smart phones and tablets while charging the device.

Gesture presenter

With this function, you can present smarter without a laser pointer. Simply move your hand in front of the arrows and make your presentation more engaging and realistic with the audience.

Easy image adjustments with Keystone Adjustor

Position your projector almost anywhere in the room and still get a correctly proportioned image with auto vertical correction and Easy-Slide horizontal image correction. In cases where the image extends beyond the frame of the screen or whiteboard you just have to push the "Screen Fit" button and the image frame automatically matches up with the edges of the screen. 'Slide keystone adjuster' enables you to adjust the image easily and quickly, even in a limited space, making it perfect for narrow spaces, such as on a desk.

Quick, convenient control

The Epson 1700 series is easier to control than ever through its Auto Power On feature. There is no need to turn on the power using the remote control or the power button on the projector itself because startup is activated with cable insertion. With Sleep Mode (A/V Mute) you can pause your presentation without turning the projector off. The 1700 series also enables you to quickly power down the projector, pack up and go with its Instant Off® feature, allowing you to control your projector with the flip of a switch.

Shorter throw distance

The short throw ratio means you can project onto a large screen even in small spaces eliminating concern about where presentations can be made.

New Home screen

Get up and running in a snap with an intuitive, user-friendly home screen. Select the content source and easily access frequently-uséd functions such as keystone correction, volume control, Split Screen and more. Wireless connections can be made easily because all the information you need is right there on the screen.

Split Screen

Split Screen allows inputs from two separate sources to be displayed side by side on the same screen. With three layout options you can display video and presentation materials, and run video on both screens.
