RETURN POLICY – USED ITEMS
At SkyMall, our number one concern is each customer’s satisfaction with every purchase. But we get it—sometimes a product is not quite right for you. If you aren’t thrilled with the item(s) you receive, just let us know and we’ll take it back and process a refund. Keep in mind that return cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Items that are unused and unopened are returnable within 14 days of leaving our warehouse, with just a few exceptions:
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Personal hygiene products
- Perishable food items
- Clothing
- Pet Products
- Opened software and DVDs
- Oversized items requiring additional shipping
- Gift cards

SHIPPING POLICY
Our goal is to get you your goods ASAP when shopping on eBay.com. Most items ship within the same or next business day.
We ship via UPS, FedEx & USPS. Choosing the carrier based on the best possible route and rate. Since some carriers may not can deliver to P.O. boxes, we require a physical address. Shipping and route days include business days only.
When your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you an email letting you know everything you need, like estimated arrival times, tracking numbers, and which carrier is being used, so you can start getting excited about getting your goodies!
We are happy to get your goodies to you wherever you are. However, there are some places we are unable to deliver to. We ship products all over the US with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.

Ah, we remember it like it was yesterday: Over a quarter century ago, on a 1989 flight from Seattle to Phoenix, the idea for a unique retailer made accessible exclusively to air travelers was born. (These were the days before in-flight Wi-Fi and ebooks.) A year later, SkyMall had arrived! Our first ever catalog was published and distributed to passengers on Eastern Airlines flights, and a cultural institution (that’s us! If we do say so ourselves…) was created.
Here at SkyMall, we’re different. No, really! We continue to offer air travelers the largest and most unique selection of interesting items, novelty gifts, and genius solutions to everyday problems. But we’re not afraid of growing with the times, too: Our full catalog (and then some!) joined the online shopping game and now we’re even better able to offer customers products and gadgets and tools and devices they once only dreamed of—not to mention more than a handful of items you never realized you needed until now.
