Remove up to 99.9% of most chemicals and contaminants including Lead, Mercury, Herbicides, Pesticides (including Glyphosate - the cancer-causing chemical in Round-Up), and up to 99.9% of Fluoride. It is compatible with all Clearly Filtered bottles.

Shipping:  We care about providing fast and affordable shipping services. With many of our items able to ship out same day, we strive to get you your package as quick as possible. Please note that the eBay shipping estimate is not always accurate. Packages tend to arrive a couple business days before or after the estimated delivery time. Heavy demand items ship ASAP. Policies

Returns/Exchanges:  Change your mind about the purchase? No problem, message us and we’ll take it back! NoubyNew will grant all return & exchange requests within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. Please note that items must be returned in unused condition and in their original, intact packaging. Please ship the item back to us and we’ll refund your account once we receive it! Restocking fees will only apply on returns made at the customer's discretion, not on returns or exchanges of defective merchandise.

Defective Items:  Though rare, defective return requests will be accepted within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. Each request will be thoroughly handled with a NoubyNew representative. Improperly used items will not be eligible for return, refund or exchange. The team here at NoubyNew is committed to providing you an exceptional level of support with all your return inquires.

Shipping Damages:  All products sold at NoubyNew are transported via an unaffiliated, independent shipping carrier. NoubyNew will not be held accountable for lost or damaged goods during the shipping process. Should such an uncommon incident occur, please contact the shipping provider immediately to file a claim. The exceptional team here at NoubyNew will provide you with the support you need to resolve the claim with the shipping provider.

Orders:  We reserve the right to refund you in the event of being oversold, inventory not passing QC or manufacturer shortages. NoubyNew does not currently guarantee order fulfillment to unconfirmed eBay/Paypal addresses. In the extremely unlikely event your order has to be cancelled, NoubyNew will contact you immediately and shall issue you a refund.
