This is an original beer mat/coaster (size approx 90mm x 90mm - 3½" x 3½") produced for Marston's Old Empire, Original Export IPA 5.7%. 

• It's in very good pre-owned condition with minimal signs of handling, almost as new (please check both scans); it will be posted in a card-backed envelope for added protection.
