Other Shipment / General Policies

1) We ship to that shipping address which is provided in ebay. If there is change in the shipping address you must contact us. If you write the  changed address on any other page (such as Paypal payment sending page), then we can't guarantee that the item will be shipped to the changed  address and no refund will be given against the wrong address delivery.  Change of shipping address must be notified by separately.

2) Items Can not be picked up. Our Physical location is not open to the public.

RETURN POLICY

Returning an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it  within 30 working days after you receive the item. Merchandise must be received in new or otherwise original condition with all original packaging. 

To return a product follow these steps:

1. Contact us to inform that you would like to exchange or return a  purchase and provide a reason for the same along with the images of the  product received to confirm with the claim/demonstrate that the product  is in original condition.

2. Place the product back in the original (or similar) box and packaging.

3. Return the product to the address provided to you.

Shipping Reimbursement

We will refund your amount after deducting original shipping and handling  charges, plus 10% restocking charges. This guarantee is not valid in  case the product is damaged by the consumer. Check Mate Store will not  give any refund for damaged product, due to poor packaging on returns.  Please allow 7 to 10 days processing time for credit adjustments on  modified orders or returns.

Customs & Charges

1. All the Customs Duties or any such related charges are to be paid by buyer alone.

2. We will not compensate any such charges which are paid by the buyer.

3. Buyer is solely responsible to deal with customs process and we will not be held responsible for same at any given time.

4. We only send Full / Actual Value invoices with the parcel for declaration in customs.
