If your original rear light is cracked, broken, damaged or faded, replacing the housing can restore the appearance and protection of your rear lighting.
There is no need to replace your working bulb holder and bulbs if they are still in good condition.
Simply transfer your original bulb holder and wiring into the replacement housing, install the lamp and test all lighting functions.
The replacement is designed to use the vehicle's original mounting points.
1. Switch off the vehicle
Park safely, switch off the ignition and lights, and apply the handbrake.
2. Remove the original tail light
Open the tailgate and remove the retaining screws/bolts securing the right rear lamp.
3. Disconnect the original lamp
Carefully remove the lamp and disconnect the factory bulb holder/wiring.
4. Transfer the bulb holder
Remove your original bulb holder and install it into the replacement housing.
5. Install the new tail light
Position the replacement lamp and secure it using the original mounting points.
6. Test the lights
Check the tail light, brake light, indicator, reverse light and rear fog light before driving.
Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with vehicle lighting or electrical systems.
