Load dishwasher per manufacturer instruction. Make sure items are dishwasher safe. Silver, aluminum, and stainless steel should be washed in separate loads to avoid discoloration. Add detergent place one pack in the main dispenser cup and close the dispenser door. Do not unwrap or puncture the pack. Do not handle pack with wet hands.

Returns made due to Damaged in shipping or defective product or In-correct product shipped from our warehouse:

In case you wish return the shipment from your side:

3) We will not charge any restocking fee.
