This is a beautiful lab created Fire Opal Sterling Silver Ring.

The ring has 2 Cubic Zirconia stones on its side.

 The silver does also not include any nickel or other substances causing most allergies. The ring is thus hypoallergenic. The silver is finished with a layer of Rhodium wich makes the ring not tarnish.
