Product features:

Model: AFT990 (4.8L)

Voltage/frequency: 220V/50HZ

Current: 2.0A

Power: 220W

Oil injection volume: 300ml

Usage:

1. First open the sealing cover of the exhaust nozzle and suction nozzle, then plug in the power plug, turn on the power switch of the vacuum pump, and then test the machine for use. There is pressure in the air conditioning system, so it is necessary to first release the system pressure before using this product to inflate or evacuate the air. Ensure that the product starts under no load before putting it into operation (when starting under pressure, this product will protect and shut down)

2. When pumping air into the air conditioning system, (note: do not block the suction port of the pumping pump) connect the yellow hose to the air conditioning system with a valve, connect the blue hose to the exhaust port, press the switch in place, and the pumping pump runs. Check that there are no leaks at the connection area, and the system pressure gauge gradually increases. When the required pressure is reached, turn off the pumping pump switch and close the system inlet valve at the same time

3. When vacuuming the air conditioning system (note: do not block the exhaust port of the air pump), connect the yellow hose to the air conditioning system with a valve, connect the blue hose to the suction port, press the switch in place, and the air pump runs. Check that there are no leaks at the connection area, and the system vacuum gauge pressure gradually decreases. When the required vacuum level is reached, turn off the air pump switch and close the system suction valve.

4. When vacuuming, the pointer of the pressure gauge drops from 0 to -1, and the vacuuming time is about half an hour, depending on the size of the pump. When the pointer approaches -1, vacuuming is completed; When adding refrigerant, the low-pressure gauge has 3-4 pressures and the high-pressure gauge has 12-14 pressures
