San-do Gasa Traditional Japanese Bamboo Hat – Handcrafted in Fukuyama, Japan

This San-do Gasa (三度笠) is a traditional Japanese bamboo hat carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans in the Fukuyama region. Historically, this style of hat was used by travelers and couriers who made multiple trips between Edo and Kyoto in a single day. Today, it is still used in traditional festivals such as the “Dainenbutsu Odori” in Hamamatsu, Japan.
