REMANUFACTURING

ECU's can be divided into two groups: conventional ECU's and hybrid ECU's. We remanufacture conventional ECU's in our soldering department. We use original new components such as semiconductrs, chips and sensors. Where possible, an alternative is chosen that functions even more reliably than OEM. With a hybrid ECU, the focus is mainly on renewing hybrid connections (bonds). The ceramic printed circuit boards on which these connections are attached, require very special equipment (ultrasonic bonding), that is able to carry out the renewal process fully automatically.

TESTING

We use our unique SOLUTION-X testing platform to test ECU's. This system is able to completely simulate the functions that an ECU would be carrying out while working in the vehicle. SOLUTION-X uses the latest genuine vehicle manufacturers software. Communication with the latest bus networks is therefore no problem.

All of our items are shipped using 24 hour, next day delivery services. If purchased prior to 5:30pm any working day, your item will be despatched that day.

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason the component does not fit your vehicle or it hasn't fixed your fault. Just send it back, in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.
