This is an original AC tie bar and cuff link set.  If this were much earlier than 1968 the ties in style were very narrow and the tie bar would be shorter than it is.  For that reason I think it's from the 1970's wider ties.

Condition is very good to excellent.  This one is better than most that I find occasionally at estate sales around Flint Michigan.
