This item was found in a collector's estate.  I've wiped the surface dust off, any other cleaning will be left to the new owner.  There is a black mark on the bottom over the Rainier Bank stamp, and some marks on the back and side in the white area.  I don't know what they are, but I think some of it is sticker residue from a price tag or something.  No scratches or chips in the paint.
