This is a new-old-stock (NOS) replacement ignition rotor.   The main Delco O.E.M. numbers for these is #816774 and #827936.  Other brands are Shurhit Set #ID-8 of which this one is.

I bought a cabinet full of old ignition and have been matching them up with the illustrations in my catalog.  The catalog is not included in this listing and is used for reference.
