CHURCH’S VINTAGE LAZYMAN LOAFERS – BROWN SUEDE - UK 8 – KYLE III – EXCELLENT CONDITION

A very fine (and extremely rare) pair of vintage ‘lazyman’ loafers in beautiful brown ‘Real Cape Buck’ suede leather from Church’s. They are in excellent used condition, overall – notwithstanding a little creasing across the vamps and the odd surface mark here and there (see photos). This design is extremely rare to find  - so, you will be extremely unlikely to ever meet anyone else wearing the same shoes as you – always a nice feeling, I think; and you will quite possibly never see another pair.

Please note - the uppers are in lovely condition in real life, but suede shoes are very difficult for an amateur to photograph properly - without them looking a bit scruffy - because of the light and the nap of the suede.

In my opinion, although modern-day Church’s shoes are still very desirable, well-made and fashioned from first-class materials, they are not quite as exceptional as those from some years ago. So, if you can find a pair of vintage Church’s in really nice condition then you are probably finding some of the nicest shoes around.

But, please remember, these are not new so do not bid on them if you want a pair of completely unmarked shoes – they will cost considerably more !!

Width fitting is ’F’ – which is the ‘standard’ width fitting.

The style is ‘Lyle III’ – a beautifully proportioned loafer with a fabulous low profile. These were built on the 54 Last

The shoes feature ‘Real Cape Buck’ suede leather uppers, full leather linings and leather soles – gorgeous.
