1945 San Diego Padres program July 31 vs Oakland Vallie Eaves Bill Prout UPDATED DESCRIPTION 7-15-25 Great official baseball publication of the San Diego Padres from the Pacific Coast League years.  16 pages in length.  Feature pictures of Vallie Eaves and Bill Prout.  Tribute to Padres ‘players who have served in the military on the back cover.  The program not been scored, but Knowles is written on the 9^th line under “Padres.”  A very nice program for being 80 years old.  Note the writing in pencil on the front cover “July 21, 1945 with Helen and Bill McAbee.”  There are two irregular holes in the cover, one in the left sock of the player watching and one at the far right  of the red oval.  They both get progressively smaller as you turn the pages.  The first one stops at page 6 and the second one stops at page 8.  The program is complete.  Pages are firmly attached.  Except for page 9, there is no other writing, no tears, no folding, nothing missing inside.  Back cover is obviously discolored.  Please contact me if you need any other additional information and/or scans/photos.  There is discoloration of the staples, but no apparent signs of rust.  I have an excellent feedback rating and I want to continue earning that rating.  I offer a "no questions asked" refund policy of your purchase price, plus shipping if you are not satisfied with the condition of this program.  Just send it back and I will also pay for return shipping.  However, I rarely have experienced returns and I am sure that you will be very happy with your purchase from me.  My goal is for you to be glad we made this exchange and you will become a return customer.  All my items for sale on eBay have been well cared for and kept in an air-conditioned, smoke-free home.  Thank you very much for looking.  6,6,N,3
