Beautiful little vintage piece I have had many years.  Stands a little over 4 1/2" tall.  I noticed a small cut in the glass bottle on the outside.  I took pix and until listing had not noticed it.  In my opinion it probably came from the factory like that, but I have discounted the price.  Nice piece for any collector of perfume history.
