Condition: New. Only taken out of bag for photos. Letters were already on shirt directly from The Shout Out Clothing Company. One of the first shirts from the company for my son.

Items will be shipped within 24 hours of payment received during business days.  We observe major US holidays. We use United State Postal Service USPS and UPS as our shipping carrier. 

*Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Shipping may be higher to Alaska and Hawaii.

If item arrives damaged from UPS, claim needs to be filed directly with UPS. All items are shipped in working and usable condition unless otherwise noted. Due to shipping restrictions battery operated items will ship without batteries as they are not included.
