Wera’s Kraftform Kompakt W1 Maintenance Set is supplied in an innovative textile box that is extremely robust and durable. Despite being lightweight and compact for ease of carrying, it is easy to remove and insert the tools contained in the kit. The textile outer material allows the kit to be set down on sensitive surfaces and when not in use the space saving design allows the box to be positioned upright on a workshop shelf or carried in your tool box.
At the core of the kit is the Wera Zyklop Speed Ratchet with 1/4" drive - a high-speed ratchet that saves you both time and effort when driving and removing fasteners. The Zyklop is actually 6 tools in one and can be used as a: Fine-Tooth Ratchet, Flex-Head Ratchet, Angle Ratchet, Quick-Release Ratchet, Power Ratchet, Screwdriver. An assortment of Zyklop sockets, 75mm extension, screwdriver bit adaptor, universal bit holder, 7 screwdriver bits and screw gripper are included for use with the ratchet. This Wera Maintenance Kit includes a Wera VDE Kraftform Kompakt 817 VDE Blade Holding Screwdriver and 12 interchangeable blades for safe live electrical work up to 1000V AC by professional electricians. Some of the blades have a reduced blade diameter with integrated protective insulation allowing access to low-lying fastening elements such as sunken screws and spring elements. A single pole voltage detector is included for voltage testing in the range of 150V to 250V.
The final part of the set is a Wera Joker Double Open Ended Spanner made from high performance chrome molybdenum steel with a wear and corrosion resistant nickel-chrome coating. This has a different size at each end with a 10mm and 13mm jaw. Wera Joker spanners have a hardened metal gripping stop plate that holds nuts and bolts in the jaw for easy positioning. The plate also acts as a limit-stop to prevent the Joker slipping off the fastener head, preventing damage to the fastener and also personal injury.
