We do not accept orders to PO Box addresses and International orders, including those from the Republic of Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands.

Warranties

• ALL of our products come with a warranty unless otherwise stated in listing

Returns

• Complete a Return note stating problem ebay userID¸ date of purchase include this in the parcel with your return.
• Returns will be processed within 24-48 hours once received at our warehouse (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
• Remember to ask for a proof of return receipt from your chosen method of return, as this will act as proof of posting should the parcel go astray. Failure to obtain this may prevent us from refunding you if your return is not received by us.
• At your request We will send you an email as soon as we recieve your return, letting you know your parcel has been received & a refund or exchange has been processed.
• Refunds will be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, depending on your payment method issuer.

Exchanges

• If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please let us know by emailing the eBay store team via eBay Message Centre
• We'll reply within 24hours (Mon-Fri, 9-5, excluding Bank Holidays) and do our best to help!
• The eBay store sells some end-of-line products, so this type of stock is limited and we may not have a direct replacement available for an exchange.
• If your purchase develops a fault within the applicable warranty period, we may offer an exchange for the same, or a similar product, depending on our current stock. If we don’t have stock available for an exchange, an exchange will not be available to you.

Cancellations / Non-faulty returns

• If you change your mind, and wish to return your order, you must do so within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery.
• Unwanted returns are not accepted after this period.
• To qualify for a refund, unwanted products must be:

  - unopened
  - unused, without installation or data input
  - in the same condition as supplied to you
  - complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it
  - with the original box and unopened packaging

• Unwanted products cannot be accepted after 14 days if any of the above criteria are not met.
• The right of cancellation does not apply in the following circumstances:

  - When the product seal has been broken on any DVDs, CDs, memory cards or software, including games
  - On any personal hygiene products such as shavers, hair care products
  - On headphones, where the seal on the packaging is broken
  - If you want to return a Software Product Activation Key card which is not faulty, the silver strip on the back of the card must be fully intact as new

• If a product is returned as unwanted, but the above conditions are not met, no costs will be refunded.

Refunds
