This is a set of two (2) Vintage Care Bears 3" poseable action figures manufactured in 1983 by Kenner, a 1-3/4" yellowish/light green pencil topper and a 3" very rare pale blue plastic Care Bear figure.   The two (2) poseable Care Bears are in excellent condition with no paint loss and joints working but both have had their hair cut off.  The 1-3/4" pencil topper is in like new condition.  The plastic figure has a head that swivels and is hollow with some slight discoloration at places along the seams. This last figure seems to be so rare that I could find no indication of where is might have come from nor the date of its manufacture.  USPS Ground Advantage.l
