These universal brackets from Pat Performance allow you to connect your hook end trailer ramps to your trailer. Simply weld the brackets to the trailer and the tubes to the brackets.

Brackets are CNC Laser cut from 3/8" thick steel. Tubes are 1.625" OD, 0.095 Chromoly Steel for high strength. 

Check your hook end to make sure the opening will fit with this tube, but they work great for my Gen-Y Ramps.
