Brand New in factory sealed box, no longer produced, a rare and difficult to find item. Package includes mouse, USB receiver dongle, batteries, instructions, and warranty. Sitting untouched in a drawer since acquired in 2016, so batteries may possibly be expired, but they're just 2x standard AA type.
