Handling and Shipping
Our standard handling policy is 5 business days and most orders are being shipped in that time frame, however, there are some molds with longer handling times, which are being manufactured specifically for you, and those have up to 10-15 days of handling time before shipping. If you are unsure about the handling time for a particular mold, please contact us for more details.
Delivery
All our molds are manufactured and located in Ukraine. Because of this, it may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive to your location depending on proximity and other factors. Please take this into account before placing an order. Average delivery time is around 2.5 weeks. We have recently introduced priority UPS shipping. Average delivery time via UPS is 1 week. If you'd like to get the product faster, please make sure to select this option at checkout.
Custom and Aluminum
