If you are not completely satisfied with product or changed your mind, you may return the item to us within 30 days from the day you received your items. We will only refund the original cost of the item's price, and we will not refund any postage fees for the return unless the problem was a fault of ours.
The items being returned must be in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.

IMPORTANT! If you are a customer from outside the EU and you decide to return it, it is very important that you indicate it when sending the package. You must inform the carrier that the shipment is a RETURN. Otherwise, your refund may not be delivered. The shipment will be held at customs and we will be charged customs. Such refunds will not be delivered to us. The parcel will be returned to you.
