This is a pair classic ROYAL BLUE (With two white stripes on the hips), 28 inch waist tag but they are extremely stretchy and will fit to a MINIMUM waist of 28 inches easily upto 34 inch waist comfortably.

As with all Gymphlex products the quality was never compromised. They are manufactured from heavy weight (but very stretchy) ICI Bri Nylon (200gsm) material which will wash time and again without colour fade or elastic distress.

The material is knitted nylon of a quality that is highly resistant to nylon “bobble” which is a mark of the quality of the material used.

The cut is full brief style but shaped better than cheaper imitations rising high to the waist and to the small of the back giving a very comfortable full fit. They have firm elasticated "stitched in" elastic in the waist and legs with the traditional two white athletics stripes down each hip from waist to leg.

The legs have firm "stitched in" elastic which gives a comfort fit and ensures modesty is maintained.

They have a double gusset in the same nylon material and in the same colour.

Generally worn without a gym skirt for athletics but due to the comfort fit are perfectly good for everyday underwear.

Given how flimsy modern underwear is, buying good quality underwear in classic navy blue provides the following multiple advantages:-

1) Being nylon, they are quick wash and very fast drying, allowing you to turn round the washing very quickly and on an economic wash cycle.

2) They are dye fast, so no problem putting them in with other light coloured washing.

3) They are high quality but stretchy nylon and would be suitable for girls in the age range 10 -14 (possibly 16) but will be able to be used as they grow, negating the need to keep purchasing underwear for a few years.

4) Can be used as gym briefs for school

5) Can be used as modesty wear under school uniform (school summer dresses which can tend to be thin) or for those girls who like playing on the swings or doing handstands while mother's roll their eyes!

6) Equally good in the swimming pool as bottoms for younger girls.

Depth (waistband to crotch) : 12.25 inches (easy stretch to 13.25 inches)

Depth (sides waist to leg) : 8.5 inches

They are brand new old stock, some still in their original bag but some were display items and the bags have been lost but are still BRAND NEW, UNWORN items.
