If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 30 calendar days for a full refund if the item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. If you are returning the item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you must do so within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and sealed in its original packaging.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: We will cover return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind Returns: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For credit card transactions, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If the returned product is damaged due to excessive handling or if the return is initiated after the allowed timeframe, you may receive a partial refund or no refund, depending on the condition of the item.

Returning a Faulty or Damaged Item

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt. Please contact us via eBay messages with the following details:

  • Description of the fault or damage

If we cannot resolve the issue, we will provide a return label and offer either a replacement or full refund. All original items, accessories, and any free items must be included in the return.

30-Day Cooling-Off Period for Online Purchases

If you change your mind about a purchase, you have 30 days from the day of purchase to notify us that you wish to return it. After notifying us, you have a further 7 days to return the item.
