In 2016, Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta became the first ramen restaurant in the world to receive a Michelin Guide star.
Since its establishment, we have focused on the limitless creativity and potential of ramen, bringing you a bowl of ramen that fuses the Japanese food culture "UMAMI" with a variety of ingredients from around the world.
Our ramen menu is uniquely Japanese, using no chemical seasonings and focusing on natural ingredients.
This home-style ramen replicates the soy sauce noodle soup that has won a star in the Michelin Guide Tokyo for four consecutive years.
The noodles are thin and chewy, made of Japanese wheat.
Enjoy this luxurious dish at home with "truffle" extract, which is synonymous with Tsuta.
