London Transport Makers Plate.

Removed from a standard XA bus just before it was sold around 1970 by my friendly engineer at Edmonton bus garage, as part of my large collection of bus memorabilia that I collected from the age of 10.

I am not certain what bus this came from, but I believe it was a XA, might have been a XMS, if anyone knows for definite please let me know.

The Roe addition to this plate dates it to being made mid 1960s.

Remarkable condition for something nearly 60 years old.

Please use photographs for close condition.

This Park Royal Roe plate is one of the harder plates to find.

6.5”long x 2” wide.

As a boy I lived right next door to Edmonton bus garage and was always in there between 1964-1970

This was the last bus plate I received.

Condition is "Used". Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class Large Letter.
