This listing is for an open box super corrosion-resistant T-handle locking quick-release pin. McMaster part number: 90980A325
Also known as ground handling pins, these all-stainless steel pins stand up to corrosive environments and are passivated for added protection against corrosion and oxidation. A T-handle makes them easy to grip. For a more secure hold than standard quick-release pins, they lock in place until you push the button to release the spring-loaded retaining balls. Use them in a hole as close to the diameter as possible, but not larger than the diameter at extended ball height. Breaking strength is measured as double shear, which is the force required to break a pin into three pieces.
